1. Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of all websites operated by Glass Meadows Inc. ("Glass Meadows Inc.," "we," "us," or "our"), a licensed New Jersey cannabis cultivator and manufacturer headquartered at 152 Hampton House Road, Newton, New Jersey 07860. Our Sites include:

By accessing or using any of our Sites, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Sites. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective upon posting with an updated effective date. Your continued use of any Site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Age Restriction: 21 & Older Only

OUR SITES ARE STRICTLY RESTRICTED TO PERSONS 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER. By accessing any of our Sites, you represent and warrant that:

 

  • You are at least 21 years of age

  • You are legally permitted to view and/or purchase cannabis products in your jurisdiction

  • You will not allow any person under the age of 21 to access our Sites through your device or account

Glass Meadows Inc. reserves the right to verify age at any time and to immediately terminate access for any person who cannot confirm eligibility. Access to our Sites from jurisdictions where cannabis is illegal is prohibited. By accessing our Sites, you represent that your use complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

 

3. Nature Of Business & NJ Cannabis Compliance

Glass Meadows Inc. operates as a Class 1 cannabis cultivator and Class 2 cannabis manufacturer under licenses issued by the New Jersey Cannabis Regulatory Commission (NJCRC). Our brands: Glass Meadows, Jersey Sauce Boss, Pre-Roll King, and Rosin King, operate under Glass Meadows Inc. as the licensed entity.

Our Sites are operated for informational and marketing purposes. The purchase of cannabis products occurs only through licensed New Jersey dispensary partners. Nothing on our Sites constitutes a direct offer to sell cannabis to consumers in a manner inconsistent with New Jersey law or NJCRC regulations. We make no representation that our Sites or content are appropriate or available for use outside of New Jersey or jurisdictions where cannabis is legal.

4. No Medical Claims

Nothing on our Sites constitutes medical advice, a medical claim, or a representation that our products diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition. Cannabis products sold or described on our Sites have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

Consumer experience descriptions on our Sites reflect reported consumer experiences and are provided for informational purposes only. Individual results may vary. We comply with NJCRC marketing guidelines, which prohibit therapeutic or medical benefit claims in cannabis advertising. If you have health concerns, consult a licensed healthcare professional before using cannabis products.

 
5. Permitted Use Of Our Sites

You may use our Sites solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree that you will not:

 

  • Use our Sites in any manner that violates applicable federal, state, local, or international law, including NJ cannabis regulations and NJCRC guidelines

  • Access our Sites if you are under 21 years of age

  • Attempt to purchase or solicit cannabis products through our Sites in a manner inconsistent with New Jersey law

  • Use automated scripts, bots, scrapers, or other tools to access, collect, or copy content from our Sites without our prior written consent

  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, including during age verification

  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our Sites or any related systems or networks

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of our Sites or any systems connected to them

  • Transmit unsolicited promotional communications through our Sites

  • Use our Sites in any manner that could defame, harass, intimidate, or harm any person

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software or technology used to operate our Sites

  • Use our Sites to engage in any activity that violates the NJCRC's requirements for licensed cannabis operators or their marketing rules

 

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our Sites, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, brand marks, photographs, videos, packaging designs, product descriptions, and underlying software, is the property of Glass Meadows Inc. or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

The following are registered or common law trademarks of Glass Meadows Inc.: the Glass Meadows name and logo, the Jersey Sauce Boss name and logo, the Pre-Roll King name and logo, and the Rosin King name and logo. No right or license to use any Glass Meadows Inc. trademark is granted by these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, store, or transmit any content from our Sites without prior written permission from Glass Meadows Inc., except that you may:

 

  • Store copies of individual pages in your browser cache incidentally to normal browsing

  • Print or download a reasonable number of pages for your own personal, non-commercial reference

 

7. User-Submitted Content

If you submit content to us, including reviews, testimonials, comments, social media tags, or other materials ("User Content"), you grant Glass Meadows Inc. a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and display such User Content across any media for marketing, promotional, and business purposes, without compensation to you.

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that: (a) you own or have the right to grant the above license; (b) the User Content does not infringe any third-party intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; and (c) the User Content does not contain false, defamatory, or unlawful material. Glass Meadows Inc. reserves the right to remove any User Content at its sole discretion.

8. Email Communications & CAN-SPAM Compliance

If you subscribe to any of our email lists, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Glass Meadows Inc. and its brands. All marketing emails comply with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 and include: a clear identification of the sender, a valid physical postal address, and a functioning unsubscribe mechanism.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email or by contacting us at info@glassmeadows.com. Please allow up to 10 business days for your opt-out to take effect. Note that opting out of marketing emails does not affect transactional or relationship-based communications.

 

9. Disclaimers

OUR SITES AND ALL CONTENT, INFORMATION, AND MATERIALS ON OR ACCESSIBLE THROUGH OUR SITES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. GLASS MEADOWS INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT OUR SITES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF OUR SITES IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

 

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GLASS MEADOWS INC. AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, OUR SITES OR ANY CONTENT THEREON, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF GLASS MEADOWS INC. TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF OUR SITES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

 

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glass Meadows Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your violation of these Terms; (b) your use of or access to our Sites; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation, including NJ cannabis laws; or (d) your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12.1 Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them or your use of our Sites shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute proceeding, you agree to contact us at info@glassmeadows.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute within 30 days of receiving notice.

12.3 Binding Arbitration

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of our Sites shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration conducted in Sussex County, New Jersey. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding and may be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.

12.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND GLASS MEADOWS INC. EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDING WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If a court finds this class action waiver unenforceable, then the arbitration agreement will not apply to that dispute, which shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey.

12.5 Exceptions

Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Jersey to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving the right to arbitration.

 

13. Third-Party Links

Our Sites may contain links to third-party websites, licensed dispensary menus, and other external services. These links are provided solely for your convenience. Glass Meadows Inc. has no control over the content or practices of any third-party site and accepts no responsibility for them. A link to a third-party site does not constitute an endorsement by Glass Meadows Inc.

 

14. Modifications To Our Sites

Glass Meadows Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any of our Sites or any portion thereof at any time, with or without notice, and without liability to you.

 

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

 

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or policies posted on our Sites, constitute the entire agreement between you and Glass Meadows Inc. regarding your use of our Sites and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties relating to the same subject matter.
